The Veri Once platform combines blockchain security with AI-powered tools to streamline the credential evaluation and verification process—led by highly experienced evaluators and grounded in globally recognized standards such as those of AACRAO, UK ENIC, and the Lisbon Recognition Convention.
Once a document is evaluated or verified, it is sealed with a tamper-proof blockchain signature and stored in the user’s secure digital wallet. Wallet owners control who can access their credentials—whether it’s a university, employer, or licensing body.
While evaluations are always conducted by qualified professionals, we use AI and computer vision to speed up the report generation process. Our system extracts data from transcripts, performs calculations, and automatically populates templates—improving both accuracy and efficiency of the evaluators.
Institutions can also maintain a digital vault to store and manage evaluation reports and credentials, automating responses to verification requests at scale.
The platform supports a wide range of records including transcripts, evaluation reports, work experience, references, digital badges, and ID documents. It also integrates directly with HR and student information systems for seamless credential exchange.
